About me
For more than 20 years I have been successfully helping medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs to develop new concepts, to adapt structures or build new ones, and to put them into practice in the market. Not just as a consultant, but as a practitioner.
Beyond that, I am interested in sport in almost every discipline: for many years I played handball – not particularly successfully, but with enthusiasm – and at one time climbing fascinated me so much that I even got carried away into designing and building Europe’s highest climbing gym, Heavens Gate.
But skiing has been my great passion since childhood.
On the side, I give a large part of my free time to an old tenor saxophone from Elkhart: a Martin Committee from the early 1950s. There is a little about it here (in German): saxwelt.de
And when I do find the time, I turn simple business ideas into complex business models.
Business should take a burden off people – that is, off customers – or make their lives better with a service.
